Admission to the event is through the main entrance of the Arena at Eichenstraße 4. Doors open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 1 pm. If you already have a wristband, you may also enter through the street Am Flutgraben, next to Club der Visionäre.
Animals are not allowed on the grounds of Arena Berlin.
The entrance of the event is located at Eichenstraße 4. Please use public transport or bikes, as there won’t be any parking available. The nearest stations are S-Bahn Treptower Park and U-Bahn Schlesisches Tor. The nearest bus stop is Eichenstraße / Puschkinallee, with the 104 bus.
We will provide an ATM on the event grounds but keep in mind: when visiting brand Pop-Ups, you can only shop on-event items from all your favourite brands using cashless payment powered by Visa. For on-site food and drinks, both cash and cards will be accepted.
The access to the event is barrier-free.
Bathing at Badeschiff is possible. As during regular business hours, access to the pool will be regulated via the pool supervisor. Non-swimmers will not be admitted to the pool.
You will be able to purchase tickets – depending on availability – on the venue door. The box office is located on Eichenstraße, across from the main entrance to the event.
Children from the age of 8 years and up need to have their own ticket for admission. For security reasons the Arena has a limited capacity.
Drinks on the festival grounds will only be handed out in plastic cups, for which a deposit will be paid.
There are signs guiding you to the First Aid Station. Additionally, there are first aid workers on the ground who have a wireless connection with our security staff.
It is prohibited to take glass containers of any kind, large packages and objects, plastic bottles, PET bottles and tetra packs with more than 0.5 liter capacity, own food and alcoholic beverages on the event site.
It is prohibited to take bicycles and sports equipment, heavy containers, missiles, flares, pyrotechnics, flammable liquids, aerosols and all kinds of weapons and other dangerous objects on the event site. Wearing clothing that covers the face is not allowed. The organizer is entitled to carry out bag checks on entry and exit.
Our official logistic partner DHL will set up a service point on-site to conveniently ship up to 6,000 packages from Bread&&Butter to anywhere in Europe. Only items purchased at B&&B may be shipped. Zalando and B&&B are not responsible for shipped items.

Compensation claims against the organizer due to negligence are excluded. This also applies to its legal representatives or its agents. This regulation does not cover damage due to injury to the body, life, health or because of a breach of contract, which in this case the claim for damages is limited to compensation for the foreseeable, typical damage. Further-reaching liabilities are excluded.
The B&&B Lost & Found Office is located at the Technical Office in the Arena. All found items can be handed in over here. Items that are not picked up will be dropped off at the Zentrale Fundbüro Berlin (Platz der Luftbrücke 6, 12101 Berlin) on the day after the event.
You are not allowed to bring luggage into the event. You may drop off your luggage at the provided luggage store before entering the venue.

Taking photographs for private use is permitted in principle. By entering the event site, the visitors irrevocably consent to the unpaid use of their image and voice for photographs, live transmissions, broadcasts and/or recordings of image and/or sound, which are created by the organiser or its agents in connection with the event and their subsequent use including advertising purposes in all current and future media (in particular in the form of tapes and disks, and their digital distribution, e.g. via the internet as well as to the use via social media marketing and channels, display marketing on and off organiser’s premises, advertorials on and off organiser’s premises).
Press accreditation is possible via email@example.com or with according verification (press card etc.) at the event.
The organizer reserves the right to change the event locally and/or with regard to the schedule, as it is reasonable for the visitor and will be announced one week prior to the event. He/she also reserves the right to change the program. Access to each or single special shows (e.g., music acts, B&&B shows, talks) cannot be guaranteed to each guest. The organizer therefore reserves the right to handle access to event-shows in his sole discretion due to legally permitted capacity, security of the venue and similar reasons.
Products bought at the venue can only be returned before 10 pm on the day of purchase, at the specific Brand Pop-Up where the product was bought. Customized and personalized items cannot be returned.
If you discover a defect with your product and require reimbursement, a written claim can be made through our Bread&&Butter Customer Care Team. Send a photo of the defective product with its digital receipt, and your bank transfer details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our B&&B Customer Care Team will get back to you and assist you in solving the inquiry.

The new Autumn/Winter ‘18 collections will be available to purchase at the event, along with exclusive products from 40+ brands. Visitors can buy items directly at the Brand Pop-Ups, or shop exclusive products online by scanning display hangtags with a QR code reader. Our Bread&&Butter Pop-Up Shows will be presenting "See Now, Buy Now" collections that can be ordered at Zalando directly after the show. On-event items can only be purchased with cards, using cashless payment.
Smoking is not allowed in the halls. This also applies to e-cigarettes.

Children aged up to 15 years only have access to the event when accompanied by an authorized person having custody or a person with parental authority. A person in charge of education can be any person over 18 years, as far as he/she fulfills permanent or temporary duties in agreement with the person having custody or if he/she takes care of a child or a young person under the education or youth services (§ 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 JuSchG). Guests aged 16 and over have access until 12 am midnight unless accompanied by a legal guardian or legal representative to attend the event. Persons in charge of education shall carry a written record of their responsibility and present a copy of the identity card of the person having custody on request.
