Trage das Sonnenschutz-Spray vor dem Sport großzügig auf deinen ganzen Körper auf. Achte besonders auf Nase, Lippen, Ohren, Schultern, Dekolleté, Fußrücken und unbehaarte Kopfhaut. Um den Schutz aufrechtzuerhalten, alle zwei Stunden sowie nach dem Baden und Schwitzen nachsprühen. Zu wenig Sonnenschutzmittel verringert den Lichtschutzfaktor.
